Kunal Sen presents his work at SIDA

On 19 February, Professor Kunal Sen will visit the Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency (SIDA) in Stockholm to present his research and discuss research quality and evaluation methods.

During his visit, Professor Sen will present his paper titled Making a difference in the real world? A meta-analysis of the quality of use-oriented research using the Research Quality Plus approach, which analyses the effectiveness of the Research Quality Plus (RQ+) approach to research quality evaluation.

He will also discuss his book Deals and Development, which is generating a lot of interest in the donor community. The book draws on country examples to broaden understanding on how to start and maintain economic growth.

The visit will provide an opportunity for Professor Sen to meet with SIDA colleagues and share thoughts and ideas on development research.
