Launch of the UNDP Human Development Report 2019

The United Nations Development Programme launches the UN Human Development Report 2019 - Beyond income, beyond averages, beyond today: Inequalities in human development in the 21st Century in Helsinki. The event will include a keynote address by Ulrika Modéer, the Assistant Secretary-General Director of UNDP Bureau for External Relations and Advocacy and a panel discussion moderated by UNU-WIDER Senior Research Fellow Rachel Gisselquist.
