Stata data management training for revenue authorities
A new three day in-person Data management in Stata capacity development workshop is provided to the research staff of the Uganda Revenue Authority (URA) in Kampala, Uganda on 3-5 April 2023.
Few people in revenue authorities have the skills to manage large volumes of taxpayer data carefully. Stata is a software used for statistical analysis and data science. This course helps Ugandan revenue authorities to use Stata in data management. The training workshop includes short lectures and practical computer-based training for revenue authority researchers.
The training is provided by UNU-WIDER Data Developer Bruce McDougall, who works for the SA-TIED programme.
