The South African Reserve Bank (SARB) hosted a small technical workshop on the measurement of productivity on 6 June in Pretoria, South Africa.
The workshop tied in to the ‘Why is South African productivity so low?’ workshop held on 7 June in Pretoria. While the productivity workshop focused on policy problems, the workshop on measurement of productivity emphasized productivity statistics.
