Tony Addison presents the extractives book at the OECD

On 13 December Chief Economist and Deputy Director of UNU-WIDER, Tony Addison, gives a presentation of the book Extractive Industries at the eleventh plenary meeting of OECD’s Policy Dialogue on Natural Resource-based Development, a multi-year intergovernmental process of knowledge-sharing and peer-learning among OECD and partner countries producing minerals, oil and gas.

The book Extractive Industries: The Management of Resources as a Driver of Sustainable Development emanates from the UNU-WIDER research project Extractives for development. The book is published by Oxford University Press, and available full open access.
