Tony Addison talks in Oslo at a conference on fragility, taxation, and state-building

On 8 November Chief Economist and Deputy Director of UNU-WIDER, Tony Addison, is presenting in Oslo in a conference on  The New Politics of Development: Fragility, Taxation and State-building. Addison will be chairing a session on taxation and state-building in fragile states, and he is one of the speakers in a panel on natural resources. His presentation is linked to a recently published UNU-WIDER open access book on extractives.

The three-day conference (7-9 November) is organized by the Norwegian Institute of International Affairs (NUPI) and Chr. Michelsen Institute (CMI), in collaboration with Tax Justice Network – Norway.
