UNU-WIDER Deputy Director presents research insights to EU DG-INTPA

UNU-WIDER Deputy Director Patricia Justino joins an event organized by the EU Directorate General for International Partnerships (DG-INTPA) to share insights from UNU-WIDER research contained in UNU-WIDER's chapter of the OECD's Development Cooperation Report 2024 with EU policymakers. The Thematic conversation on Tackling Poverty and Inequality is opened and facilitated by Mathilde Cournut, DG-INTPA's Policy and Project Officer on Inequalities and also features a presentation by Julie Seghers, the OECD Team Lead on Poverty and Inequalities for the Development Cooperation Directorate. 

Patricia Justino presents on Proven policies to end extreme poverty and reduce inequalities, followed by a discussion with the audience.

The event is a part of the EU DG-INTPA series of thematic conversations on Health, Social Protection and Inequality. The event is by invitation only.
