Work-in-progress meeting on tax research collaboration in Zambia

As part of the Building up efficient and fair tax systems – lessons based on administrative tax data project, a work-in-progress meeting is held in-person between UNU-WIDER and the Zambia Revenue Authority (ZRA) in Lusaka on 21 and 23 June 2023.

The topics discussed in this meeting include the data preparation for studies on mining tax and advanced income tax. The plans for future trainings and other collaboration are also discussed in the meeting.

The Building up efficient and fair tax systems – lessons based on administrative tax data project is part of UNU-WIDER's programme on Domestic Revenue Mobilization (DRM). The DRM programme is financed by the Norwegian development co-operation agency Norad.
