UNU-WIDER Research Fellow Smriti Sharma and Director Finn Tarp's article on the relationship between managerial personality traits and business success has been featured on liveMint's 'Economic Digest' section. The ePaper is part of the Indian Daily newspaper Mint, which targets policy makers and business executives. The UNU-WIDER Working Paper "Does managerial personality matter? Evidence from firms in Viet Nam" has been highlighted as an interesting read of the week in the world of economics. 

The working paper has also been published by the Journal of Economic Behavior & Organization in its February 2018 issue. The article can be accessed here.
