Asian Transformations panel discussion at India International Centre
On 23 December, Professor Deepak Nayyar, editor of Asian Transformations, led a panel discussion on the recent publication at the India International Centre in New Delhi.
The book, Asian Transformations: An Inquiry into the Development of Nations, brings together the research from the UNU-WIDER research project of the same name, and features chapters from 24 eminent academics. Together, this edited volume analyses the fascinating story of economic development in Asia spanning half a century.
Deepakr Nayyar is the editor of Asian Transformations, and author of author of Resurgent Asia, both newly published by Oxford University Press. Both books emanate from the recent UNU-WIDER project, Asian transformations – an inquiry into the development of nations.
