Annalena Oppel is a Research Associate at UNU-WIDER working on the World Income Inequality Database (WIID) and the Government Revenue Dataset (GRD). She obtained her PhD from the Institute of Development Studies, University of Sussex, UK. Her recent research has focussed on private redistribution through the lens of social identities and personal networks to explore inequality through behavioural dynamics.

Nayantara Sarma is a consultant at the South Asia Chief Economist's Office at the World Bank. Her research is broadly on development topics such as labour, inequality, gender, immigration and health. She completed her PhD in Development Economics from the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies in Geneva and master’s degree from the Indira Gandhi Institute for Development Research in Mumbai. She has previously worked with the ILO and WHO, and has field experience in India.

Chukwuedozie Ajaero is a Senior Research Fellow at EfD Nigeria, an Associate Professor in the Department of Geography, University of Nigeria, Nsukka, and a Visiting Senior Lecturer at the Demography and Population Studies Programme of the University of the Witwatersrand, South Africa. His areas of research include migration, health and quality of life, livelihoods and food security, climate change, and population-environment linkages.

Larissa Nawo is Assistant Lecturer at the University of Dschang where she completed a PhD in Applied Economy Policy and Analysis in 2018. Her scholarly interest's lies at the intersection of: Applied macro-economy, development economics, Applied Econometric, Survival Models, Economy of Fragile and Conflicts Affected States. Recently, she is also interested in researching on poverty dynamics, Gender Studies, Climate Adaptation Studies, Impact Evaluation methods, Computable General Equilibrium (CGE) modelling and micro- applied economy.

He is a NBER Faculty Research Fellow (International Finance and Macroeconomics Program), a CEPR Research Fellow (International Macroeconomics and Finance Programme), and a Research Fellow at the Center for Urban & Real Estate Management, Globalization of Real Estate Network (University of Zurich) and the Centre for Applied Financial Economics (University of Southern California).
