César Mantilla is an Associate Professor in the Economics Department at Universidad del Rosario in Bogotá, Colombia. Before joining URosario, he was a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the Institute for Advanced Study in Toulouse (IAST). He got his PhD in Economics from Universidad de los Andes in 2013. He is interested in the application of experimental methods and behavioral modelling to economic decision-making, with an affinity to the fields of development and environmental economics.
