Effects of vocational training on formality 

Michael Cardona-Rodríguez is an Economist from Universidad de Antoquia and M.A in economics from EAFIT University. His researchinterests are economic development and applied microeconomics. He is an associate investigator at in Finance, Economics and Government school of EAFIT University, where he supports research projects focused on labour market, discrimination and impacts of reduction of housing qualitative deficit.

Adriana Camacho-González (PhD, Brown University) is Associate Professor at Uniandes and Senior Economist at UNDP. She works on impact evaluation of public policies, especially on the direct effects of social programs on health and education. In addition, she studies the indirect and unexpected effects of policies regarding the labor market, political participation, and crime, among others. Overall, she has interested in identifying behavioral changes encouraged by social programs.

Cristian Castillo Robayo is an Economist (Universidad Pedagógica y Tecnológica de Colombia), Magister in Development and Publict Policy and PhD in Economics from Universidad Autónoma de Madrid. He is Professor at Universidad Santo Tomás, Universidad Católica and Universidad la Gran Colombia. He serves as Director of the "40 mil primeros empleos" program in Boyacá, consultant for ORMET Cundinamarca and DESH corporation. He leads experimental economics investigation student programmes. Currently director of ANALFE think tank.

International trade & wage inequality in Colombia

Yezid Hernandez-Luna holds a Ph.D. in Economics, Aix-Marseille Université; M.A in International Economics and Globalization from Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne Université; M.A in Economics from Universidad del Rosario. Associate Professor at Economics Faculty fromUniversidad Jorge Tadeo Lozano. His areas of interest are international economics, economic geography, globalization (and its relation to welfare).
